Get in touchYou contact Strikes and we deploy an enforcement agent to your commercial property. We confirm the details of the security failure and attend the site promptly.
On arrival, our team carries out a thorough external inspection to assess the nature and extent of the security compromise — identifying any forced entry points, damaged mechanisms, or bypassed systems.
Where access has been lost, our team regains entry to the property using professional methods, minimising any further damage to the structure or fittings.
Damaged locks, mechanisms, and entry points are repaired or replaced on site. Where locks cannot be repaired, full replacements are fitted. Electronic fob and remote systems – including roller shutters – are recoded or reprogrammed as required. Secondary locks are fitted where enhanced security is needed.
We document the condition of the property with photographic and video evidence for your records. Keys, fobs, and access devices are handed over to you – or held securely by Strikes pending your further instruction.

Contact us for our current services feesYes – you can instruct Strikes for locksmith work on its own, whether that’s emergency re-entry after a break-in, new lock installation, or re-securing a compromised property. If you’re also planning to forfeit a lease or evict occupants, we can package the locksmith work into that instruction so you deal with one team from start to finish.
You’ll need proof of your legal interest in the property – typically the title, lease or a management agreement – along with the property address and a description of the security issue. If you’re instructing us as part of a forfeiture or eviction, we’ll ask for the lease and the same paperwork that service requires.
We often attend the same day you instruct us, though this isn’t guaranteed for every job. Where a property has been broken into or is otherwise unsecured, we prioritise same-day or next-day attendance wherever practical, and out-of-hours, weekend and bank holiday attendance is available. For planned work – for example, securing a property after a scheduled forfeiture – attendance is booked to fit the instruction.
Strikes’ locksmith service is for commercial properties only. If your premises are mixed-use – for example, a shop with a flat above – we can work on the commercial portion, but the residential part has separate legal protections that restrict how re-entry and locksmith work can be carried out.
All locksmith work is carried out by vetted Master Locksmiths, all of whom are members of the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) – the UK’s recognised trade body for locksmith standards. Our network operates across England and Wales and supports Strikes’ forfeiture and wider enforcement operations, so the locksmiths on site understand both the technical demands of commercial security work and the legal framework governing property access.
No – we don’t need anyone in attendance. Where we’re securing a property after a forfeiture or eviction, our enforcement agent leads the attendance and you don’t need to be there. For planned locksmith work on a property you already possess, we can accommodate either arrangement.
We document the condition of the property with photographic and video evidence, taken before and after our work. This gives you a record of the security issues we found, the works carried out, and the state of the property when we left. The evidence pack is delivered as a PDF and a cloud link. Where the locksmith work forms part of a forfeiture, this evidence sits alongside the notices, inventory and meter readings we take.
Our core service covers physical and electronic security – lock repair and replacement, secondary lock fitting, roller and electronic shutter repair and recoding, and fob and remote programming. We also provide manned security directly; boarding-up, alarms, CCTV installation and ongoing security contracts are all arranged through trusted partners rather than run in-house. Where a security issue involves unauthorised occupants, our Squatter Evictions service applies; to recover legal possession of a commercial premises, see Forfeiture of Lease.
