Clearing travellers or squatters off a commercial site is rarely the end of it. The gates go back up, the site goes quiet, and the real question becomes whether the people who left are going to come back – often to the same weak point, and often before you have got anywhere near finishing the work.
A visible presence on site stops most of that happening, but only if the officers standing there can act when something does, and only if the legal route to remove anyone who gets in is already open to you.
Strikes Property Services Group supplies SIA-licensed static security officers backed by our own enforcement team – and if an unauthorised encampment takes hold while our officers are on duty, we evict it free of charge.
Our service includes:
Strikes Property Services Group is trusted by commercial landlords, local authorities, retailers, property managers and more to hold sites securely with the enforcement route already open.
Get in touchWe attend the site and assess it as an enforcement problem as well as a security one – where the boundary fails, where a previous entry was made, and what a returning group would go for first.
We agree written instructions covering officer duties, hours of cover, access procedures, escalation routes and who is called when.
SIA-licensed officers are deployed and briefed on your site specifically, including the history of any previous encampment or break-in.
Officers control access, patrol internally and externally, challenge unauthorised entry and respond to incidents within the strict legal framework governing what a security officer may do.
You receive written occurrence logs and incident reports, and we review cover as the site changes – as it is handed over, as it stands empty, or as enforcement action becomes necessary.

Strikes Property Services Group is a leading property enforcement agency working across England and Wales, acting for landlords, landowners, local authorities, retailers, managing agents and solicitors on possession, recovery and unauthorised occupation.
Static security sits alongside our enforcement services, and the combination is what separates our cover from a general security contract. Every officer placed on your site holds an individual SIA licence, and behind them sits Andrew McDermott (our in-house Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer) and a team that removes unauthorised occupiers across England and Wales every week. This is why we can commit to a traveller evictions guarantee: if an unauthorised encampment establishes itself on your site while our officers are on duty, we will evict it free of charge
We are an NRLA Recognised Supplier, a Propertymark Industry Supplier and a member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.
