We are immensely proud to announce that Strikes Property Services incorporating Strikes High Court Enforcement have achieved certification of four internationally recognised ISO standards, strengthening our commitment to quality, safety, environmental responsibility and information security across our UK operations.

The certifications, awarded by Citation ISO Certification, include:

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems

ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management

ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management Systems

These globally recognised standards confirm that we operate with robust systems, strong governance and structured operational processes across both Strikes Property Services and our enforcement division, Strikes High Court Enforcement.

Strengthening Quality and Professional Standards

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services to our clients across both the property services and enforcement sectors.

This certification ensures that we maintain clear procedures, performance monitoring and continuous improvement processes that support our reliable and professional service delivery.

Chris Bane, Managing Director at Strikes Property Services, said:

“Achieving these ISO certifications reflects the work our team has put into building strong operational systems across the business. For our clients, it provides reassurance that we operate with clear governance, structured processes and a commitment to high standards in everything we do.”

Our Commitment to Safety, Sustainability and Data Security

Alongside quality management, we have also achieved ISO 14001 environmental management certification and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certification, reinforcing our commitment to responsible operations and safe working practices.

These certifications ensure that we continually improve our environmental performance while also maintaining strong safety procedures to protect our employees, clients and the public.

In addition, achieving ISO 27001:2022 certification strengthens our approach to information security and the protection of sensitive client data.

Andy McDermott, Director at Strikes High Court Enforcement, commented:

“Operating responsibly is fundamental to our business. These certifications demonstrate our commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, environmental management and information security across all of our services.”

Raising Standards Across Property Services and High Court Enforcement

These certifications apply across our entire operation, including Strikes High Court Enforcement, supporting the work we carry out for housing providers, landlords, legal professionals and commercial clients across the UK.

By achieving ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certification, we are continuing to strengthen our position as a professional, compliant and trusted provider of property services and High Court enforcement solutions.

We remain committed to continually improving our systems, processes and service delivery to ensure our clients receive the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
