What is a High Court Enforcement Officer?
A High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) is an officer of the High Court of England and Wales, authorised to enforce certain types of court judgments. These include County Court Judgments (CCJs) over £600, possession orders, employment tribunal awards, and more. Once a judgment is transferred to the High Court, an HCEO can act on behalf of the claimant to recover money or property.
Unlike County Court bailiffs, HCEOs have greater powers and flexibility, allowing them to act more quickly and effectively. At Strikes Property Services Group, we are proud to have our own in-house authorised HCEO, which means we can manage the entire enforcement process internally—ensuring speed, consistency, and a high level of service from start to finish.
